  • Where shall we meet?
    We’ll meet near the Clock Tower in Jaffa, at Marzouk and Azar 2. Near the office of the Tourist Information Center, under the pergola.
  • How long is the tour?
    Depending on the number of participants in the group, from 75 to 90 minutes.
  • Why book a tour in advance?
    Our tours run in small groups of up to 25 people. For each tourist, we must prepare an earphone set, a radio receiver, and a little refreshment” in advance.

  • What should I take with me?

    If there’s a possibility of light rain, we will provide the tourists with raincoats. If a real downpour or storm is coming, we will inform you and reschedule the tour or give you a refund.
  • Can I book an individual immersive tour?
    Yes, there is a possibility for an individual tour. You need to contact the facilitators to verify the price and details.
  • What should I do if I'm late for the tour?
    If you are stuck in a traffic jam and are going to show up late for a maximum of 10 minutes, we will wait for you. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please notify the facilitators, and we will reschedule the tour.
  • Is it possible to get a refund for the tour if I wasn’t able to come?
    If you cancel the tour in advance, we will offer you a rescheduling of the tour, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the cost of the tour will not be refunded.
  • Why is it so expensive?
    Our tour involves an entire crew of staff: the actors, the administrator, and the assistants of the administrator. All of our staff tries to make sure that you have an amazing and unforgettable evening, and their work should be paid accordingly. We use expensive high-quality audio equipment and custom made costumes. We also pay all of the state taxes.
  • Will there be actors on this tour?
    There are no toilet breaks during the tour, but you can use the restroom at the beginning and at the end of the tour.

  • Where can I find parking?
    In Jaffa, it is hard to find parking all day long. Use the services of paid parking – in the Jaffa port or Hatachana (parking near the old railway station) – both parking spots are a 10 minute walk away from the group meeting point.
  • Will there be refreshments? What if I’m allergic?
    Our tour includes light refreshments. We do not keep kosher, and we are not a food service. If you have any dietary restrictions, please take responsibility and act accordingly.
